Analysis of thermal properties of c-BN on ceramics background

Abstract
A photoacoustic method of measurement of thermal
conductivity of cubic boron nitride on ceramics is presented. Results of
measurements were performed using one-dimensional, TLM thermal wave model.
In this paper the results of measurements of thermal conductivities of
layers manufactured using different c-BN are presented.
