Growing lithium tetraborate crystals in the YXl/53° and XZb/45° directions and their characteristics

Abstract
Different methods of charge synthesization are discussed. Peculiarities of growing LBO crystal in the YXl/53° and XZb/45° directions by Czokhralsky method are given. Morphology of LBO crystals is described. Characteristics of LBO-resonators are given.
