Abstract
An attempt is made to simulate non-equilibrium strongly coupled plasmas. Monte-Carlo method is used
to obtain equilibrium space configuration of electrons and ions for a given temperature. Then, the Maxwellian
velocities for these configurations can be distributed with the same or different temperatures for electrons and ions.
Molecular-dynamics simulation starts from these initial configurations. The differences are studied between the
properties of equilibrium and non-equilibrium strongly coupled plasmas. Velocity time autocorrelations reveal nonexponential
decay in non-equilibrium case contrary to equilibrium one. Dynamic structure factor differs from the
one for equilibrium case as well. Non-equïlibrium decreases the electrical conductivity of strongly coupled plasmas
remarkably.
