Abstract
A flat-top intrinsic efficiency of 9.6% was measured for 730 J KrF laser shot. This corresponds to an expected flat-top intrinsic efficiency of 11-12% for a properly designed amplifier. Under rep-rate conditions, compositional changes, and pressure changes, a high intrinsic efficiency is maintained.
