Abstract
In this paper, we use the Buffer layer (Alq: BCP) by
co-evaporation to improve the efficiency of OLED. And we obtain some
advantages: (i) The chromaticity is insensitive to the driving current
within a large range. (ii) relatively high efficiency and high brightness.
(iii) The structure is relatively simple, so the fabrication process offers
high reproducibility. (iv) The device's chromaticity is only related to the
thickness of the undoped NPB, so it is very easy to tune the color of the
device emission.
