Switching current in thin ferroelectric lead titanate films

Abstract
Lead titanate thin films with high ferroelectric
properties were obtained. Mechanisms of pulsed repolarization were
investigated in the frames of Mertz technique. Basic characteristics of
switching were investigated as a function of the external electric field.
