Abstract
We have developed a Vlasov-Fokker-Planck code to investigate the non-local electron transport in laser-produced plasmas. The new numerical scheme is derived in two-dimension by using the operator splitting method. The velocity distribution function is expanded into zeroth and first order Legendre polynomials. We describe our scheme and show
the importance of the nonlocal electron transport in laser-produced plasmas,
by calculated results.
