Piezoelectric photothermal study of Cd1-x-yBexZnySe crystals

Abstract
The piezoelectric photothermal results obtained for a series of CdSe and Cd1-x-yBexZnySe mixed crystals are presented and discussed. The experimental results comprise the piezoelectric amplitude and phase spectra of these crystals. The thermal diffusivities were determined from the experimental piezoelectric phase spectra. The optical absorption spectra of the crystals were determined by the fitting of the piezoelectric amplitude spectra.
