X-ray image holography with 60 nm resolution

Abstract
A new method of taking X-ray imaging holograms is proposed in this paper. X-ray image holograms with
60nm resolution can be recorded by a CCD camera with synchrotron radiation. It is rely on the resolution of the zone-plate.
In addition, the device of taking X-ray image hologram can be also used as an X-ray interferometer which named double-zone-plate
X-ray interferometer.
