Inductively-coupled dusty plasma

Abstract
The results of experimental research of behaviour of microparticles in plasma of inductive radiofrequency discharge are presented. The experiments were performed in inert gases with monodisperse and polydisperse particles. The discharge was initiated by radio-frequency power supply at 27 and 100 MHz. There are presented different kinds of dusty particle structures and conditions of their formation.
