Abstract
The field dependence of giant magneto-impedance ratio in Fe3Co67Cr3Si15B12 amorphous ribbons with near zero magnetostriction is shown after different stress annealings at temperatures 250 and 350°C. This phenomenon is studied as a function of the amplitude and frequency of the current along the sample. It is concluded that although the strength of the induced anisotropy is quite importante, the fine structure of zig-zag domain walls plays an important role to determine maximum magneto-impedance value.
