Abstract
The Electron Energy Loss Fine Structure (EELFS) method allows to obtain the information on surface local atomic structure. Al-20%Ag alloy was taken as an investigation object because it is a well-known model alloy in ageing processes. Partial atomic radial distribution functions (RDF) were obtained in frame of the regular algorithm by solving inverse quasibinary problem. The comparison between the experimental partial atomic RDFs (regularizatkm method), model ones and RDFs obtained by the Fourier-transform method was performed. Model RDFs were obtained for the well determined hcp structure of γ - phase.
