Abstract
We study both the stable FISDW and the fluctuation contribution near the Lebed resonance observed in (TMTSF)2X with X=ClO4 and PF6 (under pressure). We find the most stable state at the Lebed resonance (we call it the Lebed State) is charaterized by a pair of integers (N,M) ; Both σab and σac are quantized where a means the best conducting direction. Also numencal analysis indicates the SDW fluctuation gives rise to peaks in σaa at the Lebed resonances consistent with experiments.
