Theoretical study of photoconductivity and refractive index change in LiNbO3:Fe

Abstract
The photoconductivity and the refractive index change
in iron-doped lithium niobate (LiNbO3:Fe) are studied using a charge
transport model: "two-center model". The results of our calculations
highlight the non-linear dependence of the photoconductivity and the
refractive index change with the illumination intensity.
