Abstract
Structure changes in the B2-austenite of Ti-Ni alloys during heating in the range 200-700°C after lowtemperature thermomechanical treatment including plastic defonnation of the martensite (LTMT $_{\rm M}$) or stable austenite (LTMT $_{\rm A}$), and their influence on strain diagram parameters were studied. The processes of post-deformation softening (recovery, polygonization and recrystallization) during heating after LTMT $_{\rm M}$ develop more rapidly than after LTMT $_{\rm A}$ that is caused by higher stored strain energy. Peculiarities of changes in strain diagram parameters with postdeformation heating temperature are caused by direct as well as indirect influences ofthe austenite substructure.
