Abstract
The effect of mesodefect kinetics on a structure of stress waves in solid is studied theoretically. The new constitutive equations
based on the introduction of two interacting order parameters are developed. The first parameter describes the macroscopic
deformation caused by the defect growth. The second one describes the evolution of nonequilibrium potential of the system
due to rescaling
in defect ensemble. Using the model coupled with the equations of the continuous media mechanics, the right structures of
stress wave in a target under plate impact test is obtained.
