Abstract
The deformation of X-ray wavefront in a triple Bragg-case (BBB) interferometer and a triple Laue-case (LLL) interferometer
was simulated using Takagi-Taupin equation. From the simulation done for an input wavefront corresponding to a step-like phase
object, phase modulation transfer functions (p-MTFs) were calculated, and the spatial resolutions of the phase-mapping images
obtained by such interferometers are discussed.
