Abstract
The influence of surface tension on droplets in equilibrium in their vapour is investigated here. Equilibra cases for a pure body and for a binary mixture are successively examined by means of classical thermodynamical arguments, without mentioning the equation of state. It appears that the surface tension produces a difference in relation to the plane case, which is, as a first approximation, of the order of the ratio between the molecular diameter and the droplet's one.
