Estimation of the stressed-strained zone after the explosive load by the holographic interferometry

Abstract
The paper presents the methods and results of the estimation of dimensions of the effective plastic zone in a steel plate after the contact explosion of a detonating cord with the use of the holographic interferometry. A shape and dimensions of the residual stressed-strained zone are determined by the control of the orientation and interference band frequency in the interferograms of the object studied. The data on hardness and structure in the plate studied are presented.
