Is anything about the Bechgaard salts "normal" ? Metallic and superconducting states in oriented magnetic fields
P. ChaikinPrinceton University, U.S.A.
Abstract
Using angular dependence of the magnetotransport as a probe of coherence and the existence
of a Fermi liquid or more exotic phase we investigate which temperature and field regions are
"normal" and which are unusual. Of particular relevance is when and how planes and chains
become decoupled.. In the superconducting state we use the angular and temperature
dependence of the critical field to investigate the nature of the pairing.
