Abstract
Microwave plasmotrons for non-equilibrium plasma chemistry could be classified conditionally as the following. Special plasmotrons for investigations of principal opportunities to realize different plasmachemical processes by non-equilibrium way. Laboratory plasmotrons for fundamental researches of non-equilibrium mechanisms of plasmachemical processes. Plasmottrons for pilot units, for investigations of scaling. Small industrial plasmotrons for applications.
