Synthetic 3-D turbulence

Abstract
We describe a simple way of generalizing to the three-dimensional case a method which generates a one-dimensional turbulence-like signal. The resulting vector field V is divergenceless, the constraint .V=0 being implemented during the creation of the field itself.
