Electrical Properties and Phase Stability of Mg-Fe-O System

Abstract
Phase stability regions in Mg-Fe-O system were investigated against temperature, cationic composition, and oxygen partial pressure using electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power measurements. Using these results, phase diagrams of the first kind (i.e., Po2 vs. T) for fied compositions and the second kind (i.e., composition vs. Po2) at fixed temperatures were constructed extensively.
