Nonstoichiometry and Phase Stability of Spinel Ferrite (MgxFe1-x)3-δO4

Abstract
The nonstoichiometry (δ) and phase stability range of (MgxFe1-x)3-δO4 has beendetermined by a coulometric titration method as a function of oxygen activityand the Mg content (x) at 1000°C. The nonstoichiometry can best be explained interms of Frenkel disorder.
