Abstract
One of the best self frequency-doubling materials is NYAB, Y1-xNdxAl3(BO3)4. Optical properties of isomorphous modified NYAB, obtained by gallium substitution to aluminum (NYAB-Ga) or Yb doping ion, are investigated.
