HIGH RESOLUTION FOURIER TRANSFORM SPECTROSCOPY OF LASER INDUCED FLUORESCENCE IN THE LITHIUM DIMER

Abstract
Several new states of Li2 have been observed in fluorescence, excited by Ar+, Kr+ and cw dye lasers. Results from the analysis of high resolution Fourier transform spectra are reviewed, and spectroscopic constants are compared with ab initio predictions.
