Investigations of AII-BVI mixed crystals with the piezoelectric photothermal method

Abstract
In this paper the frequency phase characteristics of the photothermal piezoelectric signal of a few AII-BVI mixed crystals are presented and discussed. The following groups of crystals were analyzed: Zn1-xBexTe, Zn1-xBexSe, Cd1-xMgxSe and Cd1-xMnxTe. From the fitting procedure the concentration dependence of the thermal diffusivity of these mixed crystals was determined.
