Abstract
Doping effects on thermal diffusivity have been investigated in pyrochlore Sm2-xSrxMo2O7(0.2$\le$x$\le$0.6) by means of mirage effect at 300K. Substitution of the Sr ions for Sm ions increases the value of the thermal diffusivity from 0.49 cm2/s at x=0.2 to 0.58 cm2/s at x=0.6. The increase of the thermal diffusivity is ascribed to the variation of the structure of the pyrochlore
