Influence of probing beam focusing on photothermal signal

Abstract
The influence of probing gaussian beam focusing on photothermal signal was analyzed in the work. The
probing beam parameters detection by quadrant photodiode was investigated. The photodiode current signal
dependence on focal length of lens placed in the input of experimental setup for deferent probing beam parameters
was studied.
