Abstract
Data of the second French moss survey carried out in the context of the European programme "Atmospheric heavy metal deposition in Europe based on moss analysis" are presented. Field sampling, laboratory conditioning and analytical procedures are described. The spatial distribution of Pb and Fe concentrations in mosses is described from maps and box plots according to French divisions.
