Foreword

Abstract
This volume contains articles presented as "Late news" at the Thirteenth European Conference on Chemical Vapor Deposition (EUROCVD 13), held at Glyfada, Greece in August 2001. Due to the limited number of contributions, the classification according to the topics of the conference was not respected.

This volume closes definitely activities related to EUROCVD 13. The editors would like to thank again the International and the National Advisory Boards, the Local Organizing Committee, Sponsors and Exhibitors, which supported the organization of the conference and, of course, all participants.
