Abstract
Nanostructured recycled hardmetals were obtained by high energy milling of worn inserts and plates, then the nanocomposites were cold/hot isostatically pressed. The high densities (close to 100% of theoretical) for powders treated with Hip technique confirmed that the densification has reached good results. Besides the mechanical properties were comparable to the values measured for the carbide inserts.
