Abstract
A simple similarity model is presented to study hydrodynamics of Transient Collisional Excitation (TCE) nickie-like x-ray lasers. Scaling laws for electron temperature, scale length and electron density are obtained by analytic derivation. The calculations agree well with experimental results.
