The study of the kinetics of first-order phase transitions in ferroelectric solid solutions is performed in the framework of the timedependent Ginzburg-Landau theory. The analytical solution of the equation of motion describing the dynamics of the interphase boundaries is applied to the calculations of width and velocity at different overheating and overcooling temperature values. The experimental data for Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) are employed in our calculations. It is shown that the velocity strongly depends on concentration in the vicinity of the phase transition.
