We report nonlinear I-V characteristics with negative differential resistance (NDR) region recorded in the charge density wave state of quasi-one dimensional molecular conductors, (Per)2M(mnt)2[ ${\rm M} = {\rm Au}$,Pt] . We propose a blockade of phase slips at strong pinning sites as a candidate for the mechanism of NDR. An analytical expression for the I-V characteristics is obtained by solving an approximated master equation for a RC-circuit model.
