In this paper an opportunity to initiate the whole spectrum of martensite unclasticity effects, such as the shape memory effect (SME), transformation plasticity, generation of stress, with the help of ultrasonic vibrations (USVs) is shown. It is shown that ultrasonic vibrations change the phase condition of TiNi. The ultrasounds influence at transformation temperatures causes deformation and force effects, i.e. the return of deformation and stress generation.
