Application of photothermic methods for investigation of active layer of permafrost in Hornsund (SW Spitsbergen)

Daily cycle of sun light intensity causes arising of thermal waves in ground. Standard methods, usually used for interpretation of experimental data received from a photothermic experiment are applied for investigation of properties of thermal waves existing in top layer of arctic ground.
