The idea of complex temperature contrast images for thermal waves measurements

Abstract
This paper presents a method of thermal images visualisation basing on a new definition of temperature contrast. The concept
of complex temperature contrast (CTC) is proposed. In comparison with amplitude and phase contrast images, the CTC ones are
characterised by non-zero value of the contrast for any thermal non-uniformities in the depth range of thermal wave.
