Résumé
Dans ce travail, on applique la théorie de diffraction des rayons X par les cristaux imparfaits développée par A. Guinier, pour caractériser les solutions solides métalliques Al-Cu et Al-Ag en montrant leur état désordonné.


Abstract
In this work, the X-ray diffraction theory of the imperfect crystals developed by A. Guinier has been used, for the Al-Cu and Al-Ag metallic solid solutions characterization, in order to show their disordered state.
