Abstract
We summarise the structures and the electrical and magnetic properties of several phases of BEDT-TTF salts containing silver cyanide anions. Secondly, we present a simple crystal structure-electrical property relationship for a comprehensive series of (BEDT-TTF)2X salts, BEDT-TTF is bis(ethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene, having the α, θ or η-structural packing motifs. The correlation groups all the compounds, except for one, into metallic, those showing metal-insulator transition and semiconductors. It is unable to discriminate superconductors from the group of metallic salts.
