Abstract
A theoretical investigation of cylindrical cross-section
GaPO4 vibrating beam resonators in torsional modes is given.
Temperature effects are introduced by the approximate but classical method
of varying effective material constants, beam dimensions and crystal mass
density versus temperature. Temperature compensated cuts are presented. An
equivalent circuit model and analysis of coupling factor versus crystal
orientation are also reported.
