Abstract
The processe of the fine atomic structure transformations, martensite transformations and properties of the thin Fe-Ni (25-50%
Ni) films (0.06-2.0
m.) were studied by means of x-ray diffraction, nuclear gamma resonance, electron and light microscope. The general physical
picture of the low temperature (<400°C) atomic- structure transformation of the iron-nickel films containing the high defect
density was found.
