Abstract
Employing X-rays from the synchrotron radiation facility of NSRL and contact imaging technique, hydrated, intact bacterial cells in their states, named by XL1-blue MRF', are studied. Some new information about the cells is acquired from their micrographs. The nucleiod containing DNA and proteins, and the mesosome has lower absorption to the X-ray with the wavelength 2.4 nm. And the ends of the bacterial cell are great different from each other in structure. The causes resulted in these interesting phenomena and its importance biologically need to be further studied.
