Abstract
Using global sun UV-emission and dioxygen we have performed adamantane and cyclohexane oxidation in acetonitrile solution and in the presence of W10O324- as a photocatalyst. Such photooxidations are very effective and can be applied in a large scale. In the case of cyclohexane the best result was obtained with W10O32Na4 in a 20% acetonitrile/cyclohexane emulsion.
