Abstract
This paper describes the structural changes which occur during both isothermal and anisothermal heat treatments, then the roles of the individual alloying elements are discussed. In particular, nitrogen additions are shown to have a beneficial influence on the stability of the two phase structure during high temperature annealing (1000-1300°C).
