Abstract
Dynamic loads such as blasts or ballistic impacts induce different fragmentation zones. A damage law is used to describe the fragmentation coupled with a Drucker-Prager model accounting for confined damage. Two limestones are characterised to simulate edge-on impacts that allow for the identification of the friction angle of the Drucker-Prager model to avoid complex triaxial tests.
