Abstract
We report experimental results obtained on cleaved (-201) surface of Rb0.3MoO3
using low temperature scanning tunnelling microscopy under ultra-high vacuum
(UHV-LT-STM). Molecular resolution has been obtained at 63 K, 78 K and 300 K. At low
temperatures, both the molecular lattice and CDW superlattice were observed
simultaneously in topographical constant current images.
